Cover Letter Assignment | Online Assignment

I am a pathology resident (MD degree) applying for jobs as a laboratory director. General directions for improvement: unified verb tense, well-connected leading phrases for reader clarity, grammar issues, then overall “feeling” to the reader. Please no more than +150 to what already exists. Basically, I want the potential employer to read my cover letter and think, “wow, she’s got great training, has expanded on the curricular of her training and pursued some unique experiences, and sounds like an overall great person to be around.” I want them to feel like even if I don’t have the exact credentials/training they are looking for (the most frequent issue will be that they’re looking for someone with more experience rather than someone fresh out of training), that they see they can take a chance on me and that I’ll be able to provide results with appropriate mentoring.
