A. Case Review
a. Read “HR in Action Incident 1” from chapter two (pg. 55).
b. Answer chapter two questions 2-17, 2-18, 2-20, and 2-21(Assume only federal laws apply)
B. Research Question One: #MeToo
a. What has been the impact of the “Me Too” movement on the workplace?
b. Discuss the background and events that led to the movement.
c. Research the topic and discuss at least one positive impact on the workplace and one negative or potentially
concerning impact on the workplace
Locate at least TWO articles related to the related HR legislation, sexual harassment policy, or the “me too”
movement. Use at least TWO recent (after 2015) business, academic, or professional articles from juried or
edited periodicals to support your analysis. Do not use wiki’s or blogs.
Use at least ONE QUOTE from each article to support your ideas.
C. Research Question Two: Textual Harassment
a. Read “Sexual harassment versus workplace romance: Social media spillover and the textual harassment in the
workplace” by Lisa Mainero and Kevin Jones.
b. Identify and summarize three recommendation for HR Managers.
