Atlantic International University Juvenile Delinquents Interview Discussion Juvenile Delinquents

Social media has become the venue for many people to express their opinions, emotions, and interests. Juveniles are especially prone to alert their social media contacts when in distress. This scenario repeats itself often in cases of suicide, homicide, and other acts of violence. While written and verbal threats often remain as threats, they cannot be ignored as simply cathartic gesturing. Indeed, for some who make threats, ignoring them only serves to exacerbate the issue. Fortunately, in the case of threats of school violence, most schools across the United States have a zero-tolerance policy in relation to school violence or attempted school violence, so threats will not go unnoticed.
