Are zoos really the conservation effort they claim to be Assignment | Online Homework Help

Are zoos really the conservation effort they claim to be? Are they really trying to conserve the animals or are they mainly kept for the zoo’s profit? Are they a for profit organization disguised as a wildlife conservation effort? How many of the animals do they actually return to the wild? How much do these organizations give back to other programs? How much money are they bringing in vs. giving back? How do they treat animals in their care, living conditions, etc. Qualifications for zookeepers, access to vets. What makes a wildlife conservation what it is?
