7. Property having 240m x 180m area, rectangular in shape, abutting & fronting 30.0m wide
road, formulate land development proposal as per the regulation mentioned below, to spell
out the location aspects for , Access to the property, compulsory Recreational space (20%),
Reservation residential units (60%), Community Space/ Common meeting place (5%) and
also internal road network.
