First, organic food can reduce environmental pollution. At present, many of the
environmental problems are caused by agricultural production. Agricultural production uses a lot
of harmful chemicals during the process of farming, such as chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
Those chemicals are used in large quantities that will lead to the degradation of natural
resources, particularly soil and water quality. It also leads to the loss of wildlife species and
biological genetic diversity. In addition, when chemical pesticides kill pests, it also kills a large
number of beneficial birds and animals.
On other side, organic food can better protect the environment. In addition, as Gerszberg

eating safe food is very important for our health.
On the other hand, organic food is totally healthy food and good for our health. Animals’
rising for organic food uses more natural methods and are fed organic feed. Organic food from
material production to processing production must be organic certification. Many departments
regulate the growth and processing of organic foods to make sure they meet the proper standards.
Regulations do not allow organic farming to use any chemical products.
Therefore, elderly, children, and pregnant women should eat more organic food. Organic foods
contain high levels vitamins needed by the human body. Organic food is more nutritious because
the growth process does not use any chemical additives. Also, organic food cannot be genetically
modified in any way, which is safer for our health.
In conclusion, Eating organic food can help improvement environment, and can be safer
than eating non-organic food.
Organic food encourages the natural growth of crops. Organic production encourages the use of
natural materials to feed poultry, and reducing waste of resources. People work every day and are
very busy. They don’t have enough time to cook and have a hard time to eat healthy every day.

issues, but by all means, people need to increase their consumption of fruits and vegetables
whether it’s organic or conventional’” (qtd in Aktar et). Therefore, eating more fruits and
