The proposal project is to install a new greenfield route which will service mainland to
Lekki direct route. The project is proposed to be executed through Design, Build,
Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM).
The project has a total scheme length of 38km from the E1 Lagos – Ibadan Expressway
to Lekki-Epe Expressway. It will have 8 Nos interchange (5 Now, 3 Future), 3 toll plazas
and accommodate a central light rail &/or transport corridor facility. It is expected to
cross the Lagoon near Gapan town via 6.5km bridge.
The proposed project is expected to serve as a link between Northern and Southern Lagos.
The proposed road is a Greenfield construction project whose corridor transverse through
Abraham Adesanya Round about Addo/Langbasa and Baiyeku towns along the shoreline
of Lagos Lagoon, further running through Igbogbo River Basin Authority and crossing
the Lagos State Lagoon into Itamaga Area in Ikorodu. It then crosses the Itokin Road and
the Ikorodu-Shagamu Road to connect Isawo Inward Lagos- Ibadan Expressway at Ojodu
Berger.
Below are project details in line with International Standard.

The proposed project is to construct a well renowned modern medical facility (world
standard).
The aim is to proffer health solution to several illness and good health services to improve
the health system in the localities.
Priority: Due to the number of people facing double burden of diseases: Stroke, Kidney
disease, Diabetes, Hypertension, Chronic Respiratory Disease, HIV, Malaria, Rubella,
Measles, Pneumonia and other infected diseases.
Each floor with different medical departments. Surgical operations departments i.e.
Neurology, Anatomy, Perinatology etc, all departments will be fully equipped to an
internationally standard including the bed space, kits and other medical paraphernalia.

OPL 320 contains 6billion barrels and 5TCF of gas.
OPL 320 is situated in the western Niger Delta deepwater province, close to Shell’s
Bonga field and ExxonMobil’s Bosi development, and just north of Shell’s Bobo
discovery. The PSC was signed in February 2002 and met its original work commitment
to drill one well and acquire 3D seismic data.
High quality 3D seismic data, interpretation and further analysis is available for most of
OPL 320. Three independent prospects are found within the block.
In 2007 the OPL 320 partners drilled the Echim-1 well in 2,000 meters of water to 5,025
meters measured depth, and hit 25 meters of net hydrocarbon pay in 184 meters of
highquality reservoir sand. The discovery is estimated to comprise 76-186 mmboe proven
reserves at two reservoir levels, with upside resource potential of 176-316 mmboe at other
levels.
The A prospect complex provides a low risk, immediate opportunity for drilling in OPL
320. Like Echim 20 km to the east, this prospect is a low relief structural dip closure. It
is estimated to contain prospective resources of 248-320 mmbboe from the southern edge
of the acreage, in OPL 322, the Bobo field extends into OPL 320. Bobo itself contains
over 250 mmboe of reserves, with the contingent resources across Bobo North prospect
estimated at 273-350 mmboe.

Laboratories, Clinic for Staff, Recreation Centre, processing plant, dormitories for all
farm employees, office complexes, waste water treatment facility, and unique viewing
accommodations allowing visitors to see the entire complex from golf carts.
