healthcare organizations involves administrative, financial, case management, patient care
coordination, and business management activities. These activities involve many employees and
entering and transferring data from person to person, system to system, and one company to
another. The process could begin with the employer providing health insurance for their
employees. The employees pay a certain amount to cover their chosen healthcare plan. The
employee will seek medical attention for an illness or visit the hospital for a routine checkup.

providing high quality patient care. Many issues listed above can be prevented by ensuring that
HR is implementing an adequate amount of training and development to keep employees abreast
on current changes and to make work processes more efficient. Training and development will
bring new, poor performing, and entry level employees new skills, increase productivity, greater
knowledge in hospital standards, and so many other things that will improve the reputation of the
organization and its processes. Another technique for improving change is to evaluate process

and implement new strategies that relevant to improvement. It is also a good idea to inform the
employees about the idea of the change to avoid resistance and to help them easily adapt to the
new processes.
