This assignment is for the second part of the discipline plan.

Good Afternoon,

Last week you submitted rubric topics 1-3 for the classroom discipline plan. I will have those back to you back the end of the week. You are continuing the plan. You will use the same format as last week.

The cover page will use the same title, Discipline Plan.

You may use the same introductory paragraph following your title as you did last week. This is because you will combine all parts into 1 plan in week 7. You will only need 1 introductory paragraph for the full plan. Then, put your rubric titles bold and centered following the introduction. Remember each section should have an introductory paragraph, body paragraphs that are developed and supported in APA format, and a conclusion paragraph. Fully develop each section so it could stand alone. Then have a reference page at the end. In week 7, you will combine all references on 1 single reference page.
