Briefly summarize the content of the article. Reflect on how the topic impacts public health and welfare. Please cite in APA. Below is what my professor comment on the last article and I got a C+ on the first article. Please read the comment below and obey the guidelines so I can get a higher grade, ​please.

You started off excellent but veered off task with your Reflection section. The assignment calls for an Article Summary only. No part of the assigned required number of pages should be reflection, opinion, or any other sources or content than summary of the article you chose. You chose a good article and APA is good but only have just slightly over one page dedicated to summarizing the article, when 2-4 pages were called for, with no reflection etc. Please take note that unless specifically called for in this course, no personal thoughts or opinions should appear in your assignments. To be clear, you will only ever be asked for your opinion, perhaps, in a discussion, but no content of that nature should appear in any of your work otherwise. Again the article summaries should summarize and article only. When time comes for your paper, again, no opinion or reflections. It will be a research paper and you must be able to cite to the appropriate sources to support your work. You make many assertions in your Reflection section that are your non-expert opinions based on various information of which you may be aware. Nothing of that nature should appear in your article summaries or your papers.
