Analyze the environment, social structure and technical structure of an organization you have been involved in (business or non-profit) and assess the organizational efficiency and effectiveness by applying theories learned in this course and practiced on MyCar. You may use the attached outline as is, or re-organize it, merge sections, add to it, etc. but make sure you cover all the items listed in the table of contents. Guidelines:  1. The written report must conform to the standards of a professional report (e.g., structure and style).  2. The main body of the report should be minimum 1000 to maximum 1500 words. (Calibri 11, 1.5 spacing). Diagrams should be no larger than half a page. There is no limit for appendices.  1.   In your organization analysis paper, to analyze the social structure use the seven social structure dimensions we went through in class when we looked at modern theories of social structure, you can find the pdf uploaded as Social Structure 2. You do not need to create a detailed chart of the organization form. You can simply state which form(s) – functional, divisional, matrix, or a hybrid are in place or create just a top level chart in the appendix. When you assess the effectiveness of the organization you can describe if and why the social structure form described is effective for this organization or not and why you think that is.
