Write a 700-word reflection paper (Times New Roman, font 12, double-spaced, 1” margin) in response to the following topic:
Critique the relationship between international organizations (i.e. the World Bank and the IMF ) and developing nations while reflecting on the role of IFIs in the decolonization process, and its promotion of neoliberal economic policies.

Your reflection paper should be a critical and reflective analysis of the topic given. You can relate your paper to a current global issue in a particular country and demonstrate your knowledge of international development concepts, theories and practices, without summarizing. The essay should be academically written (formal), while focusing on your viewpoint and opinion. It should reflect your thinking and personal analysis of the issue backed by logic and reason. You need not do any outside research, however, you may use examples of work from other scholars to support your opinions. No formal citations are required.
