The progressive disorder, Parkinson’s syndrome is related to nervous system, characterized by the tremor; a slow and delayed in movement (often, referred as bradykinesia); the muscle rigidity and stiffness; and instabilities in posture (i.e., imbalance during walking or standing). The disease occurs as a result of deterioration of nerve cells in substantia nigra of the brain.

It further leads to an impairment of in the secretion of the chemical messenger, dopamine. The chemical messenger acts as a communication module between the substantia nigra and corpus striatum, resulting in maintaining a coordination of balanced muscle movements (Schapira, 2006).
